Elevate your next lecture with our premier classroom available for rent. Designed to host up to 146 attendees in a luxurious stadium seating style, this space marries elegance and functionality. Our other classrooms available for rent include classrooms 142 A & B. 142A comfortably seats 147 people, while 142B can seat up to 173 individuals. Audiovisual and media components of events are just as important as great food and a spectacular environment. - Liability insurance—A liability and property damage insurance policy is required and typically costs approximately $150. These arrangements can be made through The 管事中心 or independently.

The caterer will coordinate all of your rentals—tables, 椅子, 床单, 银器, 玻璃器皿, 中国, 等.—and also coordinate timing, set up, menu and bar. You may use your own vendors for DJ services, bands, cakes, florists, chair covers, 等., but all vendors must be approved by The 管事中心 management.
